Shipping Options

How soon should I expect my order to arrive?
Orders placed by 2:00PM ETD are usually processed and shipped the same day. For ground shipments, the actual travel time of your package will vary depending on your location. Please refer to the map below:

Please keep in mind the map above applies only to Ground Shipping.
All shipping options are as follows:
- Next Day Air: 1 Business Day
- 2-Day Air: 2 Business Day
- Standard Ground: 1-7 Business Day (see map above)
- Freight Carrier: Please call
- International: Please call
Also, please note that these times indicate only transit times. In stock items generally ship out the same day, or within one business day. Special order items, or items on backorder may take longer to ship from our warehouse.

When returning the item, do I pay for the shipping cost?
Yes. If you wish to return the product within the thrity (30) days period you are responsible for the shipping costs.
You are also responsible for shipping costs when sending your product in for warranty/reapair purposes. We will, however, pay for the return shipping cost of a working product back to you.

I need my order now! Can you send it overnight?
Yes, we can send your order overnight; but please let us know in advance. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Do I have a way of tracking my order once it ships?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and instructions on tracking your order.
